(Information to be Collected in Filing a Complaint of Domain Name Dispute)

  • 1. (수집 및 이용목적) 인터넷주소분쟁조정위원회는 온라인 분쟁조정 절차 진행을 위해 아래 정보를 수집 · 이용합니다.
    (Purpose of Collection and Usage) Internet address Dispute Resolution Committee(IDRC) collects the information below for the processing of an Online Domain Name Dispute.
  • 2. (수집하려는 정보의 항목) 분쟁대상 도메인이름, 개인명(기관명, 담당자명), 주소, 전자우편주소, 전화번호, 휴대폰, 서명
    (Item of Information to be Collected) Disputed Domain Name(s), Name(Complainant, Authorized Representative), Address, Tel. Number, Email Address, Signature
  • 3. (정보의 보유 및 이용기간) 분쟁조정사건이 종료되고 1년이 경과한 후, 해당 정보는 삭제처리 될 수 있습니다.
    (Retention and Usage Period) One year after a case is terminated, the complaint and supporting documents can be deleted.
