• Deliberation and coordination on related laws

• The IDRC comprises not more than 30 members (term of office : three years for both chairman and members) including one chairman under Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Internet Address Resources.
• Appointment of the chairman: any person appointed or entrusted by the chairman of the Broadcasting and Communications Commission among those who possess the qualifications as set forth in the sub-paragraphs of Article 16, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Internet Address Resources.

• Deliberation and coordination of Internet Address dispute resolution
• Cases are assigned in regular order

• The Panel is appointed by the chairman in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Internet Address Resources

• Receiving complaints and conducting investigation for the confirmation of submitted documents
• Acting as a contact point between the Parties and Panel
• Preparation and maintenance of minutes of Committee meetings
• Management of the official seal of the Committee
• Providing training and promotion of the dispute resolution system
• Investigation and conducts research on the dispute resolution system
• Establishment of cooperative relations between domestic and foreign dispute resolution organizations
• Other tasks which is required to support Committee's activities.
